Shannen Doherty Officially Ended Marriage The Day Before She Died

This divorce chaos finally ended after Shannen Doherty signed a document “dissolution of marriage without objection.” This official letter means that both parties have finalized their divorce process outside the courtroom.
“The parties involved have entered into a written agreement regarding property and marital or partnership rights, including regarding alimony, which is currently being or has been filed with the court,” the document states.
Kurt Iswarienko is known to have signed this statement the day after this document was submitted, on July 13 2024, the same day Shannen Doherty died. Shannen Doherty and Kurt Iswarienko married in October 2011, but their marriage broke up 11 years later. Their divorce went on for a long time, and Shannen Doherty even accused the opposing camp of deliberately prolonging this process.
“(He) hopes I die before he has to pay me [spousal support],” Shannen said in documents leaked to the media.
Allegation of Wanting Shannen Doherty to Die Denied
Kurt himself denied this accusation.
“Kurt didn’t wait for Shannen to die. “He wants the best for Shannen and wants them both to leave this case in the past and move forward,” said attorney Kurt Iswarienko.
Died after battling breast cancer
Shannen Doherty died on July 13 2024, at the age of 53 years. She passed away for good, after years of battling breast cancer. He was first diagnosed with this disease in 2015, and was in remission from 2017-2019. It’s just that after that the cancer returned and had metastasized and was stage four.

Even though she was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, at the end of her life, Shannen Doherty still had a high enthusiasm for life. He revealed this in his podcast entitled “Let’s Be Clear,” several months before he died.
“People assume (cancer) means you can’t walk, eat or work,” he said in this podcast. He added, “We are full of enthusiasm and we have a different outlook on life. We are people who want to work and live life and keep moving forward.”
