Adele Is Sick And Her Voice Is Disturbed, Her Las Vegas Concert Is Postponed
Know Your Idol – Adele announced that she was temporarily stopping her Weekends with Adele residency concert due to experiencing illness and problems with her voice. Adele said that she had actually been sick since the end of the first leg and since taking a break.
“I am sad to have to take a break and stop my Vegas residency,” said Adele.
“I didn’t have a chance to fully recover before the show resumed and now I’m sick again, and unfortunately this is having a bad impact on my voice,” she continued.
“Therefore, the doctors told me to rest completely and there was no other way. There are still five weekends remaining from this leg which have been postponed to the next schedule,” said Adele.
Adele said she and her team were preparing further information regarding the continuation of the event and promised to immediately inform fans. In October 2023, Adele confirmed via Instagram post that her Las Vegas residency would be extended until June 15, 2024 when she held her 100th show. In the caption of her upload at that time, Adele expressed her love for continuing to be on stage and also hinted at her desire to hold a long tour after her residency ended.
“I needed to feel love again performing live, and that’s what happened,” she wrote. “I needed to reconnect with my songs and remember what they meant to me, and that’s what happened!”
Adele’s residency schedule in Las Vegas is related to the celebration of her album 30, which was released at the end of 2021. Throughout June to June 2024, Adele will take the stage every weekend at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace FOR4D in Las Vegas. Album 30 is also Adele’s final work to date. Before 30, he had also released 19 (2008), 21 (2011), and 25 (2015). However, Adele promised to hold a world concert tour if she released her next full album.
