A$AP Rocky Signals Development of Rihanna’s Latest Album
Know Your Idol – A$AP Rocky has given the latest signal regarding plans to release his partner, Rihanna’s latest album. He said that the latest album that fans had been waiting for was really being prepared. This was conveyed by A$AP Rocky when one of his fans met him in Paris and asked about the latest album which had been touted as R9 because it represented Rihanna’s ninth album.
“She [Rihanna] is working on it,” said A$AP Rocky, smiling and walking away from the fan.
ET on Sunday (18/2) also reported circulating photos of Rihanna leaving Lendit Studio in Paris with her crew and choreographer. This situation and A$AP Rocky’s statement are the latest news for Rihanna upcoming album. The singer and businesswoman whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty has mentioned her latest and ninth album since 2018.
However, until now there is no sign of the album’s release. Many fans are waiting for an announcement when she appears at the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show in 2023. However, the singer announced that she was pregnant with her second child with A$AP Rocky.
He last released the album Anti in 2016 and admitted that he was working on a reggae project to Vogue in 2018 and even stated that he would release the project in December 2019.
“Update: I listened to R9 alone and refused to release it,” Rihanna said in a post on Instagram. However, the album has never been released or leaked to the public until now.
After releasing Anti, she is busy with the makeup and lingerie business, as well as her daily life as a mother to RZA, who was born in May 2022, and Riot, who was born in August 2023. Rihanna also released Lift Me Up, which is the original soundtrack for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, in 2022. This song is the first to be released to the public in the last six years.
