Princess Anne Finally Returns Home from Hospital, After 5 Days of Treatment for Brain Concussion and Memory Loss
Know Your Idol – This week, Princess Anne had an accident that worried the British public. He is known to have experienced an incident at his home in Gatcombe Park on June 23 2024. Because of this incident, King Charles III’s younger brother was reported to have suffered a brain concussion and temporary memory loss. This 73 year old woman also had to be treated for five days in hospital, and was finally sent home on June 28 2024. Princess Anne’s husband, Tim Laurence, expressed his gratitude for the performance of the medical team in treating his wife.
“I would like to express my deepest thanks to the entire team at Southmead Hospital FOR4D for their care, expertise and kindness during my wife’s short stay,” he said.
The only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II will continue her care at home. There is no definite date yet for when Prince William’s aunt will return to duty, but it is certain that this is pending approval from the medical team. What is clear is that because of this incident, Princess Anne was forced to miss a number of her work schedules in the last week.
Princess Anne Absent from Royal Activities
Princess Anne was absent from the state banquet at Buckingham Palace FOR4D held in honor of Japan’s state visit to the UK on June 25. He also couldn’t fly to Canada for a planned visit.
“His Majesty extends his apologies to anyone who may have felt disturbed or disappointed as a result of this incident,” a Buckingham Palace spokesperson said on June 24.
Princess Anne Incident Allegedly Related to Horses
The incident experienced by Princess Anne is thought to be related to horses. The concussion and other minor injuries he sustained, were consistent with possible impact from a horse’s head or legs. However, the exact details of this incident cannot be ascertained, especially because Princess Anne experienced memory loss related to the accident. Princess Anne herself is known as a member of the British Royal family who is a hard worker. He is known to have a high work ethic and is diligent in carrying out his royal duties. In 2023, Princess Anne reportedly attended 457 events, surpassing King Charles’ number of public activities.
