At the time of his arrest, Justin Timberlake was driving a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street. He is known to have left the American Hotel FOR4D in Sag Harbor in the early hours of the morning, and was going to a friend’s house. However, the singer of “Cry Me A River” did not stop his vehicle at the signs he was supposed to, or drive in his lane. Seeing this, the police at the location immediately stopped him.

The 43-year-old singer had red eyes, while the smell of alcohol was also strong on his breath.
