Jennifer Lopez Sells House With Ben Affleck Amid Divorce Issues
Know Your Idol – Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez reportedly sold their marital home located in Beverly Hills, California, United States, for USD 60 million. The couple bought the 24,281 square meter house in cash last year after looking for the right home for 2 years. Interestingly, before Ben and Jennifer bought it, the house was sold by the previous owner for USD 135 million.
The house has 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms and a parking area with a capacity for 80 vehicles. The house also has a basketball court, gym, boxing ring, sports bar FOR4D, outdoor lounge area and private pool. Ben Affleck was last seen leaving the house driving his Mercedes, on Sunday (9/6/2024) evening. People reported that the Gone Girl actor was seen driving alone wearing a light green shirt.
It is known that the actor no longer lives in that house and chose to rent a house while filming his latest film, The Accountant 2. Until now, there has been no official statement from the couple regarding rumors of their divorce FOR4D.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were married at the Little White Wedding Chapel, Las Vegas, United States FOR4D, on July 16 2022. Jennifer announced the news to the public via her official website, OntheJLo, on July 17 2022.
