WWE Fans Criticized John Cena’s Naked Action at The 2024 Oscars, Calling it Embarrassing

Know Your Idol – John Cena’s naked action when reading out the winner of the Best Costume Designer category at the 2024 Oscars which was held at the Dolby Theater, Los Angeles on Monday, March 11 2024, drew criticism. This harsh criticism came from WWE fans. Although Cena’s naked performance on the 2024 Oscars stage entertained some viewers, the WWE Universe did not feel that way. Through social media, WWE fans who are always vocal gave their criticism to the actor.

“Costumes, they’re very important,” said Cena as he stood on stage at the 2024 Oscars naked. When the WWE SmackDown star stepped onto the stage covering his vital organs with a large envelope, the first glance elicited mixed reactions. While actors like Margot Robbie, who worked with Cena, seemed amused and shocked, others didn’t know what to do.

Showing off his toned body, the 46 year old actor remained calm and showed off his charisma. Cena’s eccentric stunt was done to show the importance of the category and the people involved in the costume department. Suddenly, social media immediately became busy because Cena was naked at the film industry awards event. This resulted in the 16-time world champion becoming a trending topic on various social media platforms. While many WWE fans accepted the former wrestler’s actions, others found it embarrassing. Cena still has a huge fan base in WWE.

Being the face of WWE for over a decade, seeing him act like this on the Oscar stage made them slam him. Apart from that, the fact that the owner’s real name is John Felix  FOR4D Anthony Cena Jr. has not won a single match in many years, adding to the anger of netizens.
