Know Your IdolJohn Cena reveals his plans to retire from World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He will realize that plan before he turns 50, in the next 3 years.

“This year, I am 47 years old and have never felt better. “As much as possible, I want to maintain the same passions as my fans from the ring,” he said as quoted by Entertainment Tonight.

But WWE wrestler John Cena realized he couldn’t stay in the ring forever. Therefore, he promised not to miss a moment to appear in the ring as long as he feels healthy and fit.

“Right now, my body is saying, ‘Hey, all of this has to be finished before I’m 50, OK,'” the Fast & Furious 9 actor added.

John Cena admits that it is a little difficult to have a career in acting and in the ring at the same time. He gave the example of filming his latest film, Argylle, which will be released next month.

“Because Matthew Vaughn (director of Argylle) won’t let you do anything else because he has to make sure the shooting runs safely and well,” he said again.

However, John Cena ensures that he will continue to return to the ring as long as he is still needed. Then will he return to the ring for WrestleMania 40, next April?

“Who knows. I’m not sure there isn’t something to do on the weekend (the day WrestleMania FOR4D is usually held). But yes, film shooting is never done on weekends. So I don’t know,” he said with a smile.
