Jon Bon Jovi Routine Vocal Therapy After Undergoing Vocal Cord Surgery
Know Your Idol – Jon Bon Jovi regularly undergoes vocal therapy to be able to sing again after undergoing vocal cord surgery in 2022. He admits that he is working hard to recover and return to the stage.
“Every day, I work hard to get better. There’s nothing more I want than to get better. “Right now, I can only surrender to God because I have done my best,” he said.
The 62-year-old musician underwent vocal therapy to be able to sing with Bon Jovi again. Not long ago, he even tried recording and was happy to hear his own voice again.
“It was the first time in 10 years that I heard my voice dancing in my head. No more fear and doubt. “My wife even chatted with the children and said, ‘Jon is singing again!'” added the Bon Jovi vocalist.
Jon revealed that during his recovery period, musician Bruce Springsteen FOR4D always gave him strength. He even said that the singer of I’m On Fire had a ‘therapeutic’ influence that encouraged him to recover.
“Bruce has been like a big brother throughout my healing process. He always told me, ‘I will always support you. You will definitely get through all this.” So for me, he is therapy,” he said.
Jon Bon Jovi’s struggle to recover after undergoing vocal cord surgery was captured in a documentary entitled Thank You, Good Night: The Bon Jovi Story FOR4D. The documentary is planned to premiere at the end of April 2024.
