David Banda, Madonna’s Son, is Reportedly a Scavenger and Lives on The Street

This issue arose after he claimed to be looking for food after moving out of his mother’s multi-million dollar house in New York City. As a result, David Banda’s name immediately became a hot topic of conversation this weekend. However, Madonna’s son walked back his comments in a statement on an Instagram Story he shared recently.
“To everyone who cares. My mother really supports me. She always supports me,” wrote Banda, quoted by the New York Post.
“I’m very happy in my life and I’m not living on the streets and starving,” he continued.
He also confirmed that his current condition was fine. So, Banda asked the public not to worry about his situation. “Don’t worry, everything is fine,” he explained. During an Instagram Live, Banda revealed that he and his girlfriend, 21-year-old model Maria Atuesta, live in The Bronx, New York City. At that time he admitted that he felt hungry and did not have money to buy food.
“It’s great to experience that at nine o’clock at night, I feel hungry and realize that I don’t have enough money to buy food and look for food. It’s great to be young,” Banda said.
On the other hand, 18-year-old Banda charges USD 200 or IDR 3.2 million per session for his guitar lessons, which can be booked via his Instagram. She also makes money as a model. However, her income is nothing compared to Madonna, who is reported to have a net worth of USD 850 million or IDR 13 trillion. Banda himself is one of Madonna’s six children. He was still a baby when the Material Girl singer adopted him and his ex-husband, Guy Ritchie. Madonna showed her support for Banda and his musical abilities in a 2019 interview with British Vogue.
“What he has most is focus and determination. I’m pretty sure he inherited it from me. He is the person I have the most in common with,” said Madonna.
“I feel he understands me. He has more of my DNA than any of my children so far,” he said.
