This woman who works as an architect is seen combining a very minimal and see-through top. This top is combined with cream colored super shorts and a camouflage hat.
This vulgar appearance sparked speculation about potential legal problems that could befall Bianca. The reason is, in California it is known that deliberately exposing body parts that should be covered in public can be considered an indecent act.
If found guilty, this act could result in a prison sentence of up to six months in prison or a fine of up to USD 1000 or even being registered as a sex offender for at least ten years.
