Taylor Swift’s Father Accused Of Punching Paparazzi In The Face In Australia
Know Your Idol – New South Wales Police, Australia are investigating reports from Ben McDonald, a paparazzi who claimed that Scott Swift, the biological father of singer Taylor Swift, was punched in the face. Despite the violence, the man did not require medical treatment.
Ben, in his statement, revealed that the confrontation with Scott occurred at Neutral Bay Pier, Sydney, Australia, on February 27 2024. In the video released by local media, Swift and her father walked using umbrellas out of the yacht.
Ben McDonald was seen taking several photos of the Lover singer, before being intercepted and stopped by his bodyguards. He was accused of touching Taylor’s umbrella and asked to move away.
Ben claimed to the BBC that the singer’s father attacked him after getting Taylor into the car.
“I’ve been a paparazzi for 23 years and never had anyone hit me in the face,” said the 51-year-old man. However, Taylor Swift’s representative revealed that Ben aggressively approached the singer and grabbed her bodyguard. Not only that, the paparazzi FOR4D also threatened to throw the female staff into the water.
