Zendaya Appears in Transparent Silver Clothes, Similar to a Robot

Know Your Idol – The beautiful ARTIST Zendaya looks stunning again, this time on the red carpet at the Dune: Part Two Film Premiere. He appears to be wearing silver robot-like clothing. The clothes that Zendaya wore when attending the premiere were a collection from a French fashion brand, namely Mugler. Reporting from W Magazine, this silver robot outfit is part of the archives of the Fall Winter 1995-1996 ‘Cirque d’hiver’ 20th anniversary collection.

The silver robot suit features metallic elements complete with silver panels and thin, see-through plexiglass inserts that reveal several parts of Zendaya’s body, such as her chest, stomach, thighs and also the back of her body. Zendaya’s look also features a corset-style detail that showcases her slim waist. Not only that, the 27 year old woman also wore silver gloves and heels that matched her outfit.

The robotic clothing, which looks very futuristic, is in line with the concept of the film Dune, which tells the story of human life in the future. When she walked the red carpet, Zendaya walked and moved like a living robot. Zendaya’s hair is made into a small bun at the back with thin side bangs. Her co-star, Timothée Chalamet, was also amazed at Zendaya’s totally complete outfit. Apart from that, her appearance was further highlighted by the sparkling large necklace decorated with blue diamonds from Bulgari.

Even though this shirt was designed more than twenty years ago, it is still very charming when worn by Zendaya. In fact, this outfit has never been worn by any artist since it last appeared on the catwalk in the 90s. Mugler designed the ‘Machine Man’ outfit over six months together with long-time collaborator and artist Jean-Jacques Urcun. Both are inspired by the fictional character Futura from Thea von Harbou’s dystopian novel Metropolis.
